The project is located in the second block of the City of Wuxi Economic Development District. It is a high-end talent gathering area in Wuxi, “one city, two cores”. The project land faces Fengrun Avenue (Xantang Ancient Town, Wetland Park) in the east, Municipal Park (river branch) in the south, Lizhi Road (adjacent to lot 101) in the west, and Xinfa Building in the north.
The site is located in the Wuxi Economic Development Zone, the core area of Taihu Bay Science and Technology Belt, and the location of the Wuxi Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government, with a unique location, superior conditions, and convenient transportation. East to Huayi Avenue-Gaolang Road-along the west bank of the canal, south to Taihu Lake, west to Xuelang Street in Binhu District, north of Yangming Street in Liangxi District, and Liyuan Street in Binhu District.
