With the overall goal of “Humanistic Hongkou, Charming City”, Hongkou District is committed to building a first-class central urban area with strong strength, unique charm, and important international influence. All-region linkage will accelerate the formation of a new pattern of “radiation in the south, transformation in the center, and development in the north”, building an integrated spatial structure system in Hongkou, and overall improving the economic level of Hongkou’s entire region. 

The project is located in the northern livable and industry-friendly innovative urban area in Hongkou District’s planning structure of “one core, three areas, two axes and one ring”. It is adjacent to the science and innovation cluster axis of the North Middle Ring Road. It adheres to the concept of “technology carrying, silicon lane model, area development” and relies on the Central Ring Road, creating diversified innovative spaces such as science and technology parks, innovative streets, and business buildings. At the same time, the project is close to the Yujingpu landscape corridor in the ecological landscape ring, and creates a high-quality leisure activity space on the basis of making full use of the background landscape resources.
