In 2018, Changning District implemented a plan to create four “beautiful neighborhoods”. The project is located at the intersection of Xinhua Road and Panyu Road on the south side. There are more than 100 old western-style houses around the project, with detached garden houses as the main style of the building complex, with a low residential plot ratio, large garden area, and lush vegetation.
Changning District has a profound historical and cultural heritage, with various public cultural spaces, and the cultural requirements and cultural consumption potential of the surrounding people are greater.
With the upgrading of the Shanghai Film City project, the opening and closing ceremonies of the Shanghai Film Festival and other activities can drive the surrounding cultural events and create a historical district with a rich atmosphere.
