The site of the project is situated in Foshan, China, in an area with a beautiful landscape, close to a lake, and surrounded by green hills. The first challenge was to use the full potential of the site when designing the layout of the master plan.
We managed to do this by alternating main functions along the waterfront. This way, both the hotel and the commercial benefit from the
direct relationship with the lake and the mix of functions on the site create an even distribution of activities.
