There are a large number of improved communities and office workers in the surrounding areas. Within 1.5km, there are Lugu Central Primary School and Yuelu Middle School of Changsha No.1 Middle School; within 3km, there are Hunan Institute of Business and Economics, Hunan University of Finance and Economics, Hunan First Normal University, Hunan Institute of Foreign Economics, etc. The main customers are emerging families with school-age students, aged between 30-50 years old. They are the backbone of the current society, with old people and young people. There is a strong demand for family consumption. In this case, the business orientation of the community-based shopping center is fashionable and exquisite, and there is no large-scale commercial complex within 2km.
