Located in Fengdong New City, in the Kunming Pool Cultural and Ecological Scenic Area, with a total above-ground construction area of approximately 36,800 square meters.
The Lakeside Mountain View project is divided into two phases: Phase I (commercial street/park cluster) and Phase II (commercial complex). It will be developed into a fashionable, social, and family-friendly, park-like light cultural tourism consumption destination. Phase I will be organized in a standalone layout, forming a comprehensive park integrating quality dining, boutique retail, children’s entertainment, a pet park, an open-air theater, and unique commercial spaces, offering diverse products and flexible sales and self-ownership options.
Phase II, the commercial complex, is planned to be four stories high. The commercial circulation will be arranged in a crescent shape, connecting various distinctive spaces. It will mainly feature flagship stores of major brands, lifestyle retail, and casual dining, with a rooftop planned for a garden restaurant and entertainment facilities.
