Urumqi, formerly known as Dihua, is affiliated with the Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region. It is the political, economic, cultural, scientific, educational, and transportation center of Xinjiang province. It is the national garden city of China, the model city of the country, and the national civilized city. Urumqi is located in northwestern China, in the central part of Xinjiang, bordering Turpan City in the east and Changji City in the west; it has a temperate continental climate, and the ancient language means “beautiful pasture”. It is an important hub for communication between East and West, and it has the title of “Asian Capital”.This project is located in the new urban area of Urumqi.
